We have undertaken and completed numerous barn conversions, recently finishing three individual barns in South Barrow working closely with our customer on numerous design changes. Also the recently marketed Lakeview in Gillingham where we designed this with the customer from the start. Tannery Barn in Lower Westholme is another recently completed project with a green oak sub frame achieving fantastic results.
We have also converted barns into studios and workshops such as the Long Barn in North Wootton with its contemporary external finish. All barns are converted bringing them up to current conversion requirements and in most cases meeting new build regulations. We incorporate, where possible new and changing technologies such as Air source heat units, under floor heating, mechanical ventilation heat recovery, solar panels, etc.
